1987 – Foundation

  • Company founded as a partnership by Mr. Upali Wijekoon and Mr. Ajith Marapana in Kegalle, Sri Lanka.
  • Focused on importing and distributing building materials.


1993 – Incorporation

  • Transitioned into a Private Limited Company, marking a new phase of structured growth and professionalism.


1995 – Global Sourcing Begins

  • Began importing building materials from international markets including China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Saudi Arabia.
  • Expanded product portfolio and strengthened supply chain.


2000s – Nationwide Distribution

  • Built a robust logistics network with a growing fleet of lorries.
  • Established a 6,500+ sqm warehouse in Wattarama, Kegalle.
  • Developed a dealer network across Sri Lanka.


2010s – Product Line Expansion

  • Diversified into MDF, MDF melamine, particle boards, melamine particle boards, PVC boards, and ACP panels.
  • Sourced plywood from 20+ local factories with strict quality control.


2023 – Operational Restructuring

  • Mid-2023: Initiated structural changes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.


2024 – Strategic Growth

  • January 2024: Entered a phase of sustained growth through strategic planning and team expansion.


2025 – Record-Breaking Performance

  • August 2025: Achieved all-time highest revenue in a key product segment.
  • 2025: Doubled unique sales compared to the previous year.
  • October 2025: Reached 1,272 unique customers across Sri Lanka.
  • Maintained a monthly reach of over 2,000 customer visits island-wide.
